The hydraulic high pressure water pump utilizes a machine’s, vehicle’s or vessel’s hydraulic system as power source
- Hydraulic oil flow is led to the hydraulic high pressure water pump through the pressure line
- The hydraulic high pressure water pump converts the hydraulic oil flow and pressure into high pressure water
- The hydraulic oil is led back to carrier machine’s hydraulic oil tank through the return line
HPW-SUB Hydraulic High Pressure Water Pump
Converts the hydraulic power of a vessel or machine into high-pressure water for subsea applications. HPW-SUB models are similar to the standard HPW pumps, but their materials have been specifically selected to withstand seawater and operate underwater, from a few meters up to 6km. The center body, heads and plugs are made of stainless steel. Bolts are made of stainless steel or with a special coating. The pumps’ internal components are engineered to resist saltwater as well.
Available in a wide model range with pressure capacities 90-1600 bar (1305-23206 psi) and flow rates 15-150 l/min (4-40 gpm). HPW-SUB pump models offer versatile options to meet the unique and demanding requirements of subsea operations. With minimal water consumption, it is a time-saving and cost-effective solution, offering the world’s best power-to-size ratio for efficient and powerful performance in a compact form.
