Dynaset KPL High Pressure Street Washing Unit
Product Overview
DYNASET KPL High Pressure Street Washing Unit converts the hydraulic power of a mobile machine or vehicle into high pressure water for street cleaning.
The KPL High Pressure Street Washing Unit is a highly versatile street washing unit series that has defined street washing scene for decades. With low water consumption, these compact units clean large areas without frequent refilling, making it efficient and cost-effective. Designed for versatility, it can be easily connected to loaders, compact loaders, tractors, and trucks. The lineup includes various KPL models and configurations, including the KPL-TRUCK, which integrates the washing boom at the front of a truck or pickup for more compact cleaning operations.
How Does the High Pressure Street Washing Unit Work?
The hydraulic high-pressure water pump in the street washing unit uses the hydraulic system of a carrier machine or vehicle as its power source to generate high-pressure water for street cleaning.
- Hydraulic oil flows to the hydraulic high-pressure water pump through the pressure line.
- The pump converts hydraulic oil flow and pressure into high-pressure water.
- The hydraulic oil is returned to the carrier machine’s hydraulic oil tank via the return line.
- The high-pressure water is delivered to the washing nozzles, and the direction of the washing pipe can be controlled from the vehicle’s cabin.
- The high-pressure water effectively deep-cleans street surfaces including its pores, providing dust-free results.
- Compact all-in-one unit that saves time, space, and water
- Dust-free washing results for cleaner air and deep-cleaned surfaces
- Low, optimized water consumption allows for extended cleaning sessions without frequent refills
- Water output: max 30–150 l/min (7.9–39.6 U.S. gpm) at 90–250 bars (1305–3626 psi) depending on the model
- High-pressure water goes deep into street surfaces, removing sand and dust from pores
- Operated directly from the cabin for ease of use and safety – does not block the operator’s view
- Quick attachments ensure fast connection without the need for installation
- Versatile compatibility with loaders, compact loaders, tractors, and trucks
- Hydraulically or electrically adjustable washing head for precise control of washing angle, position, and lifting directly from the cabin
- Utilizes an iconic self-priming HPW High Pressure Water Pump for efficient operation
- Linear output adjustability from 0% to 100% by controlling hydraulic flow
- Available with a variety of water pump models, including large-volume pumps
- Includes a hydraulic flow limiter valve to ensure perfect performance
- Modular structure for customization and adaptability
- A washing gun is included as a standard feature in all basic models
- Efficient street, corridor and paved area washing with street washing pipe
- High pressure washing with integrated power washing gun (Walls, statues, benches, roofs, parking meters, bins, heavy equipment, machines, vehicles, etc)
- Graffiti removal
The Hydraulic Rescue Unit (HRU) features an independent hydraulic system that utilizes a machine’s, vehicle’s or vessel’s hydraulic system as its power source.
- Hydraulic oil flow from the carrier machine is directed to the HRU via the pressure line. This flow powers the HRU’s hydraulic pump, and the oil is then returned to the carrier machine’s hydraulic oil tank through the return line.
- The HRU’s hydraulic pump generates its own hydraulic oil flow and is equipped with both pressure and return lines. These lines are connected to an on/off operating block, which regulates the oil flow from the HRU.
- The on/off operating block can accommodate two hydraulic tools, allowing simultaneous operation (5 l/min flow per tool at 800 bar) or individual operation (10 l/min flow at 800 bar).
- A bypass valve within the on/off operating block activates when the on/off valve is closed, redirecting the hydraulic oil flow back to the HRU’s hydraulic oil tank.
- All hydraulic oil eventually returns to the HRU’s hydraulic oil tank via the return line.
