Full splitting force independent of the input pressure of the carrier thus always guaranteed.

Integrated, automatic wedge lubrication system
Lubrication system and shut-off device guarantee lifetime and cost savings. Factory setting allows 80 – 100 splits per filling. Lubricant quantity adjustable. Ready for use again in the shortest possible time due to cartridge filling via rechargeable battery refill pump.

Length splitting insert selectable
Two possible lengths can be selected depending on the type of rock and rock composition.

C20 C – machine- guided splitting

The Rock Splitter is the solution especially in urban and sensitive areas, because there is almost no noise and vibration, as well as flying rock, in comparison to conventional methods and the related safety measures, costs and delays.

It is especially suitable for narrow applications such as trenching or foundation work, as well as rock quarrying and block extraction of natural stone in open-cast mines, since other work can continue in parallel at any time.
The rock is not pulverized by the splitting technique. The cohesion of the material remains given and the production of larger split pieces guarantee with more volume per borehole highest productivity under safe conditions.
